General Manager
The Company added to its already existing Freight & Clearing the Transport Department in which
after 3 months it was an Establishment solly separated with its new fleet of ; 60 Flat Bed Trailers
15 – 18 meter extendable trailers, 2Low Beds . Our personnel included 75 Heavy Duty Drivers , 12
key personnel in customs ,transportation and maintenance including office staff , clerical and
accounting staff.
More or less similar than the below Trans Atlantic Est. works in which establishing the
Company from the ground and Building it up to be recognized now as one of the top
transportation Companies in Abu Dhabi.
My Duties Included
o Direct Purchase of the Fleet and its banking facilities; all Tractor Heads were purchased
locally and abroad.
o Supervision & Co-ordination of the manufacturing of flat locally on time to start work again
facilitated by the Bank.
2. o Our own Garage was established in Mussafah with proper mechanic ,electrical and body
works personnel ,
o Recruiting of Drivers & office staff directly through advertising and overseas agents for the

The company was established from ground zero back in 2000 in Abu Dhabi with the fleet purchased
locally consists of ; 50 Flat Bed Trailers 18 m length, 5 Low Beds , 6 Pickups 6 tons, and various
network of small 1 ton pickups . Our personnel included 60 Heavy Duty Drivers , 8 key personnel in
customs ,transportation and maintenance including office staff , clerical and accounting staff.
My Duties Included
o Direct Purchase of the Fleet and its banking facilities; all Tractor Heads were purchased
locally and third party inspection was done .
o Supervision & Co-ordination of the manufacturing of flat locally on time to start work again
facilitated by the Bank.
o Agreements with third parties for the Maintenance, Spare Parts, Warehouses , Oils,
Stationery, Port facility and other suppliers for the Fleet.
o Recruiting of Drivers & office staff directly through advertising and overseas agents for the
whole positions.
o Plan, Organize and purplish Company Brochure to familiarize the region of our Business.
o Plan and distribute the responsibilities for each section head in the organization to follow up
the market needs and follow up of Company promoting in the market.
o Direct negotiations with the Clients for new works with the appropriate department heads.
o Follow up staff meeting to organize the correct timing and deliveries to sites and as per
schedules of the work path.
o Liaise with Overseas agents for the freight Agreements and profit share on Door – Door
basis & clients cargo arrivals through Ports and Airports.
o Monitor the overall performance of workshop, ensuring the appropriate maintenance of
the Fleet based on the age and technical performance of each make/model.
o Ensured quality control of repairs and maintenance and safety condition of the vehicles
also the implementation of ISO procedure to the company works.

consultation with the various concerned Sections of the company such as garages,
Warehouses, Offices

operation and best services are rendered .
