1. A Socialist President

A socialist President will not break the hand that steals the wealth of the nation.
“The two-party system does not meet the pressing needs of poor and working
people. Therefore, a third political party is necessary to break it.” This is a “socialist”
response to the social problem caused by the capitalist class’s ongoing war against
the working class to eliminate it as the owner of the wealth it produces and the
Government it supports.
A socialist President is now the proposed answer to the war that keeps pushing
the working class into hunger, homelessness, mental illness, despair, and violence.
The legislative weapons that the warmakers use are supplied by Congress.
What needs to be done: break the political duopoly or the hand that is choking
the working class?
The leaders of the Democratic Party and Republican Party support this domestic
for-profit war, which they intensified with their approval of the North American Free
Trade Act (NAFTA). Armed with the NAFTA Axe, the capitalist class killed the
jobs that the working class needed to make a living and support the republic.
The blue and red legislators freed themselves from their obligation to the workers
and invested their morality in the capitalists’ selfish and avaricious plan to make
more profits by exploiting workers in other countries at lower wages. They
established NAFTA as their code of ethics for the future generations of free
enterprise legislators.
Democrats and Republicans are the two gears of the capitalist class’s power
machine, which they operate with the end of maintaining inequality as the condition
for the existence of capitalism. The political duopoly is a system for managing the
Government as a utility for the orderly functioning of capitalism.
The profit motive is the moral face value on the political coin that the members
of Congress use to exchange the public interest for corporate patronage as
practitioners of the art of political exploitation.

Is the conjoined corruption of the capitalist class and Congress the cause of the
fossil fuel fires of inequality and injustice that are consuming the working class?
Congress has consigned the “poor and working people’s needs” to the capitalist
class as meat to the lions. The capitalists control the workers ability to satisfy their
needs as the private owners of food, water, and everything else that they need to
survive. In the exchange of work for wages, they pay the workers with money, whose
“value” is not equal to the value of the energy that they invest in the production of
goods.
The exploiters appropriate the goods as their private property and sell them to the
exploited for a price that includes a profit. This money is not part of the wages that
the capitalists pay to the workers and the reason they cannot overcome the
unequalizing power of profit.
The working class creates the economic power that the capitalist class uses to
push it into poverty and political paralysis. The slaves of the capitalists’ minimum
wage law also bear the burden of taxes that the State invests in capitalist subsidies
and for-profit wars.
The inequality between the value of capital and the value of labor is created and
imposed by the capitalist class as an arrogated privilege with the State’s consent. It
is the weapon with which the capitalists dispossess the workers and force them to
buy a pay-day loan or sell their blood plasma in order to live on the edge of the
economy’s black hole one more day. This is how the capitalist class keeps the
working class enslaved to its machine of production, consumption, credit, insecurity,
and war.
The pursuit of profits by the capitalist class is the moral end of the State. Its
scepter was bought by the lobbyists, who used it to create a Third House of Congress
where they write public policy that is approved by AI Legislators. Members of
Congress vote for legislation that turns the State into the overseer of the wage slaves
of the capitalist class. They corrupt themselves by accepting dark money and
consuming opulence, the drug that animates the imperial lifestyle of the capitalist
class that they devoutly admire.
The corruption that is the spirit of capitalism flows into Congress’ conscience via
the scent of the money spread by the lobbyists, who convert it into the value that
unites the “two sides of the aisle” as one weapon of the capitalist class’s dictatorship.

This regime is founded on the laws of private ownership of the means of production
and the minimum wage, which the State imposes on the working class’s lives as
emanations of freedom and equality from the nuclear-headed God in whom the
capitalist class trusts.
The capitalist class locked out the working class from the Patrician Congress with
the help of its lobbyists disguised behind the blue and red toga of people’s legislators.
The State condones the capitalist class’s war against the working class, whose
bipartisan vanguard is formed by the leaders of the Democratic Party and Republican
Party. The mission of these apologists of the inhumanity of their capitalist patrons is
to prevent the workers from exercising autonomous political power by keeping them
defeated, impoverished, and in confused hope.
The suffering that capitalism causes is witnessed with indifference by the
legislators who vote together in favor of corporate welfare, imperialist invasions,
military aid to foreign dictatorships, torture, secret prisons, and the fossil fuel
corporations’ plan to burn the Earth to ashes. These public policy dealers have
replaced the republic with the corporation in preparation for the advent of the fascist
savior of capitalism.
This is the reason the satisfaction of the “pressing needs of poor and working
people” is not a National Priority Policy for the Congress of millionaire stock market
gamblers. The “two-party system” is the capitalist class’s ideologically conjoined
Pied Piper that lures the workers into believing that they have a choice regarding the
political executioner’s mask color (blue or red) on election day. This bipartisanship
across Congress’s aisle of corruption cannot be broken without revolutionizing
capitalism. The functioning of this profit-and-war machine is sustained by its
Democratic and Republican sensors, whose purpose is to monitor the working
class’s conformity to the machine’s desires.
The revolution that is required to recover the republic and restore justice as its
social utility can be made by the working class. However, it must first reactivate its
class consciousness, reclaim its power, and end its self-sabotaging relationship with
the political parties and labor unions whose leaders exist to absorb the vices and
imitate the imperial lifestyle that the capitalist class builds for itself with the wealth
it steals with their collaboration.
The producers of society’s wealth need to: a) unite and centralize their power as
an autonomous class in one labor union to fight for their lives; b) break the contract

between the leaders of the labor unions and the political parties of the capitalist class;
c) overthrow the labor bureaucracy’s boundaries that divide them into separate
unions with separate interests; d) overthrow the capitalist class’s institution called
the minimum wage and seize the total value of their labor; and e) eliminate the two-
tier labor contract.
The working class also needs to recover democracy from the monopolistic, anti-
democratic control of the Democratic Party and Republican Party. The workers must
fight to create their own political identity and social space, where they can raise the
banner of their demands for equality and justice independently. This is the only way
in which they can regain their power and exercise it to stop the capitalists from
pushing them into the industrial wasteland.
Democracy has been taken over by the lobbyists who executed a coup d'état
against the working people as holders of the power of the republic with the help of
the Congress that approved the NAFTA Axe. They have adapted the Government to
the capitalist class’s corruption, which the “two-party system” has assimilated
without any moral reactions.
The Government of the People does not exist as the people’s power acting in the
interest of the people. Democracy’s power and its application to the making of
equality and justice have been stolen from the people by the representatives that they
elected, believing in their campaign promises. One of the effects of this
counterrevolution was revealed by the Justices of the Supreme Court, who selected
George W. Bush as President, in 2000. By then, the capitalist class had expanded its
corruption roots into the Court, where they found fertile ground in the consciousness
of the Justices, who acted armed with their imperial sense of ownership of
democracy and superiority over the people. Their autocratic opinion was accepted
by the leaders of the Democratic Party in the spirit of bipartisan capitalism and
cooperation with the leaders of the Republican Party.
The working people pay taxes to the Government that dispossesses them of
“bread and democracy.” They must recuperate the republic, fighting for their right
to: a) direct popular vote in presidential elections; b) eliminate the Electoral College;
and c) stop the Supreme Court from acting as an imperial regulator of the functioning
of democracy. The people need to have their own democratic mechanism by which
they can exercise direct control over the electoral system without policing.
The working class needs to build a government that it can use to cultivate a life
of satisfaction, illustration, progress, and peace with its mind and hands. Workers

can achieve this goal only if they mobilize to change their impoverishing relations
with capitalism, capitalist democracy, and the “two-party system,” which are the
capitalist class’s forces that deter them from rebelling.
A socialist President, armed with a platform made of “socialist hopes,” will not
break the capitalist class’s power over the economy, Congress, the Federal Reserve,
and the war machine. This task can be carried out only by the working class because
it is the only way in which it will save itself from being consumed, “bones and all,”
by the capitalist ogre.
