:Accountabilities
As a Director, you are primarily accountable for generating ADNOC Group HSE policy,
and:
• Making your staff accountable for taking due care that work does not
start before essential HSE systems are confirmed to be in place , and to
suspend operations if such systems are subsequently found not in order.
• Provide resources that meet Silver Star Labour Supply & Recruitment Services
Group & ADNOC Group HSE standards.
• Taking all responsible measures to provide safety and healthy working
conditions for staff.
• Providing adequate training, instruction and supervision for the staff.
Safety and Discipline:
• Protect the health and safety of its staff, and other persons affected by its
activities.
• Protect the environment, minimize pollution and seek improvements in the
efficient use of natural resources.
• Provide a safe and healthy workplace for its staff. Silver Star Labour Supply &
Recruitment Services will pursue this policy through company’s objectives ,
strategies and action plans, through visible management commitment as
well as the individual contributions of all staff, supported by appropriate
levels of education and training. In so doing, it will be provided by the

To reach a state using the best available industry practices to reduce the
environmental impact of its operations to a minimum.
Objectives and Strategy
Silver Star Labour Supply & Recruitment Services Group will pursue continuous
improvement in Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) performance, by:
• Establishing and maintaining effective systems and plans for managing the
HSE impact as well as assessing and controlling associated HSE risks.
• Establishing and maintaining its staff accountability for taking all due care that
work does not start before essential HSE system
• Are confirmed to be in place, and to suspend operation if such system is
subsequently found not to be in place.
• Continuously stimulating to recognize and truly appreciate their responsibilities
for HSE and meet agreed standards in their work.
• Taking measures to assess the staff are competent to do their job assigned.
• Progressively reducing the release of material which is known to harm the
environment.
Offshore field works:
All the peoples indenting to go to offshore for working should have the following:-
• A valid security pass.
• A valid traveling card.
• Completion of four days Combined Basic Emergency Training provided and
Safety Induction course conducted by Safety & Environmental Protection
Division of ADNOC Group of Companies .
• Providing suitable workplaces, accommodation and welfare facilities for staff.
• Increasing the HSE awareness among staff at all levels in your organization by
visibly demonstrating your unreserved commitment to the same.
As a Supervisor
Primarily accountable for ensuring that activities are carried out in accordance
with Silver Star Labour Supply & Recruitment Services Group and ADNOC Group HSE
policy and procedures, and:
• Taking due care that work does not start before essential HSE systems are
confirmed to be in place , and to suspend operations if such systems are
subsequently found not to be in place.
• Convincing ourselves with our contract specific HSE plans by regular status
review and audits.
• Checking that all facilities, tools and equipment used by your subordinates
meet agreed standards.

3. • Conducting regular inspections of work site to eliminate conditions and
practices that could trigger the release of HSE hazards.
• Advising your subordinates of potential HSE hazards.
• Checking that your subordinates are competent to carry out their work
safely and that they understand the relevant procedures with regard to
Health , Safety and Environmental Protection.
• Requiring your subordinates’ correct use of protective clothing and equipment.
• Seeing to it that your subordinates observe road traffic safety procedures and
that vehicles used are in good condition and fully equipped.
• Checking that safety and emergency equipment is in good operating condition
and that your staffs are trained in its use.
• Advising your management promptly of unsafe condition at anywhere as
well as equipment, of unsafe or unhealthy working conditions and of
potential hazards to the environment, while taking appropriate immediate
medical action.
• Investigating and reporting promptly all HSE incidents and unsafe acts.
• Holding regular HSE meeting with your staff, explaining the relevant
procedures in relation to their work, encouraging greater awareness and
responding to their suggestions.
• Seeking advice and assistance when necessary or desired.
As an Employee,
You are accountable for adhering to the instruction of your supervisor in
accordance with ADNOC Group HSE policies and guidelines and:
• For notifying your supervisor with a view to suspending operations if you
observe that an essential HSE system is not in place .
• Learning and executing the operational HSE procedures appropriate to your
job.
• Using the protective clothing and equipment for the work.
• Reporting any hazardous condition to your supervisor immediately and
warning your co – workers for their safety necessary.
• Maintaining your tools and equipment in safe working condition and reporting
any defect to your supervisor.
• Observing road traffic safety procedures.
