Preliminary task planning.

1. Radio Planning

2. Roles: Presenter/guest?
The presenter of our radio station is going to be Laura. The reason for this
decision is because Laura is a more confident person when playing a more
serious role rather than a character which may have to portray a “silly”
voice.
Our guests are going the be Coco the Koala, Billy the Badger and Lizzie
the Leopard. These characters will be played by Chloe, Alex and Holly. The
reason for this being that Chloe, Alex and Holly feel as though their skills
can be portrayed more confidently when performing as a character.

3. Archive clip suitable for the radio show:
Here is a podcast from cbeebies radio show: - Cbeebies
Poppy’s Day. This is an example of the sort of show we
would like to produce.

Instead of using this archive clip, we made our own
archive clip of our three characters telling a story.

4. Equipment needed to produce the work:
In order to produce this broadcast we will need:
● Dictaphone
● Jingle
● Script
● Camera
● Headphones

5. Structure of the broadcast:
Firstly will play our jingle to introduce the type of show we are.
Next the presenter will introduce herself and go into the show.
Firstly we will have our archive clip playing of the story and then our
interview will begin of the 3 characters.
Lastly to the finish the show the presenter will end the interview, the
characters will do some birthday shout outs and then we will have our
finishing jingle.
