2. Click review-language-English (US)-ABC spelling (untuk
office 2007)/click tool-set language-English US-Spelling

3. Klik option – pilih grammar and style
(academic)/grammar only(informal/article)
4. Read aloud – membaca keras membantu mengoreksi ejaan

4. Check Subject Verb agreement
1. no verb, no sentence  cek ada verb/tidak
2. one sentence, one verb  cek doble verb atau tidak, kalau
double cek conjunction
No:Vbe+v1,Vbe +V2,Vbe+V3 (active)
Yes:Vbe+Ving,Vbe+V3 (passive)
3. different time, different verb  check subject verb
agreement:
a. Ganti subject dengan pronoun it, she, he/they
b. Cek adverb of time (present, past, or perfect)

5. Check word choice/vocabulary.
1. Jangan memakai kata yang sama berulang-ulang
2. Untuk variasi kata atau pengecekan arti Click kanan di
kata
3. clik synonym
4. Pilih arti yang sesuai
5. Aktifkan kamus (co: Oxford dictionary)
6. Click kata yang akan dicek. Lihat meaning, jenis kata, dan
contoh penggunaaan.

b. Contrast  although, even though, though
c. Condition  as if, even if, if, unless
d. Purpose in order that, so that
2. Cek bagian tulisan:
a. listing: first, second, finally, in addition
b. Conclusionin brief, in short, thus
