position on the argument of gun ownership is that there needs to be more screening, stricter
requirements to obtain a permit, and more effort by federal agencies to prevent the sale of illegal
guns to mentally ill persons.

Should gun ownership be a right for all citizens? Of the approximate 875 million firearms legally
