2. Process
To create the video I opened up a new page
in Photoshop and set the format to 180 by
20 pixels.
By doing this I was able to draw in pixels
using the pencil tool. I selected the colour I
wanted using the colour tool.
When I was designing the title I accidently
made it part of layer 1. This meant that it
wouldn’t flash properly so I had to go back
and delete the bottom part of the title
using the eraser. But the eraser ended up
being too big and I erased some of the
background. So instead of designing it
again I used a copier tool to copy parts of
the background, which saved me time but
it also made the background look weird
and not what I originally planned.
3. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
– I will include the same types of
colours in my product.
4. Process
To make the logo flicker on and off I
used the eye on the bottom left hand of
the screen, created multiple frames on
the timeline and for every other frame I
would have it be visible/invisible for 0.5
seconds. This made it flash for the right
amount of time.
5. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
– I will use the eye tool to have a flashing image
appear on screen but it will only be a small image.
(Most likely for bullets.)
6. Process
To make my head fly off into space
I made the background, my body
and my head all separate layers.
Then I made new frames and with
every other frame I would move
the body and head up a few pixels
at the same time using the arrow
tool, and when my body got to
the top of the road I moved my
head up so it separated from my
body and out of frame.
7. Reflection
• What elements of your experiments will you
include in your final product?
– I will be moving my characters using the arrow
tool frame by frame.
