1. A social media post may look like its off the top of your head but some serious thinking goes
into these things…
While the majority of people only take up to a minute, some take 5-10 minutes or more and
even then may not even post it if it doesn’t sound right! Some won’t even post at all because
of how long it could take them to think of something….
I asked if the 12 men and women used Instagram and if they did, what did they use it for?
Sharing photos, being nosey at others, impressing others with selfies perhaps?

2. Results showed that while many people post a lot of things they just think are interesting,
amazing or funny such as nights out and types of food, others think Instagram is a great way
to use editing software in order to get a cheeky little like from someone you wish to impress.
And mostly it’s the girls, I hate to add…
Maybe you could interact with an ex-partner over social media? How?
Apparently girls are a lot braver than boys and wouldn’t hide behind social media first and
just go straight in with the text as 4 girls said they would text but 5 boys said they would
Facebook message. One girl would like a comment or a post to get her ex’s attention but girls
also seem to be way more mature as none of them would ever delete their ex’s off of
Facebook, unlike 2 of the boys, unless that just means we want to know what they’re up to…

3. Would you ever start/end a relationship via social networking?
Everyone proved that Facebook is a great way to begin some flirty chat with someone you
might be into and everyone apart from 1 agreed that they would never end a relationship via
social networking. “They were in a different country” apparently!
