Describe a team project in which you were not the leader. Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the leader. Suggest one thing you would have done differently.

Strength of a leader: It having following attributes:
1) Effective Communication skills: Effective communication skills makes leaders powerful, with effectiveness in communication, make them to easily convince the audience and also provide positive attitude towards work and motivate them for future.
2) Self Motivated: Should be self motivated and should be determined to success
3) Team Player: The special characteristic of a leader is, he/she should be a team player, ready to listen and take advice from the team and act accordingly.
4) Hardworking: Hardworking is always the key of success and it should present in the leader.
Weaknesses of a leader: It having following attributes:
1) Getting Nervous and create panic : Its one of the weakness of the leader, around large audience they get nervous and create panic in worst condition.
2) Lack of communication skills: Its also a weakness of a leader, if he/she is not able to communication well, then its a weakness.
3) Being a Debater always: Debate is good but if every scenario doing debate is waste of time. and its a weeknss of a leader.
one thing you would have done differently
If i be a leader then i will create good environment for work, will always backup my team in worst condition with creating no panic situation.
