Solution
An effective team leader is a person who can lead his team effectively and efficiently to achieve
the goal .An effective team leader should have following three qualities in him.
1) Has good listening skills-: An effective team leader should possess good listening skills as a
person who just force his team members to listen to him and not listening to the views of other
team members can never lead his team effectively.By listening to other team members they get
motivation and feel as if they are truly a part of the team . This quality also has a drawback in it
that there can be many confusions due to so many ideas and lead to conflicts and misguide in the
team member mind
2)Participates actively in team activities:- A person who actively akes part in all the activities can
lead the team in a better way as he knows all the ways of coping up the miserable situations and
can get him to win even in wost conditions
3)Ensures open shring of information:- An effective team leader should share all the information
with other team members so that they are aware about what is going on in the team and can be
physically and mentally be prepared for the situation this quality also has its own drawback that
the secret information will also flow around and there will be no such secrecy of thoughts and
can also result in conflicts among team members

This quality also has a drawback in it that there can be many confusions due to so many ideas and lead to conflicts and misguide in the team member mind 2)Participates actively in team activities:- A person who actively akes part in all the activities can lead the team in a better way as he knows all the ways of coping up the miserable situations and can get him to win even in wost conditions 3)Ensures open shring of information:- An effective team leader should share all the information with other team members so that they are aware about what is going on in the team and can be physically and mentally be prepared for the situation this quality also has its own drawback that the secret information will also flow around and there will be no such secrecy of thoughts and can also result in conflicts among team members
