2. Who is a leader?
A leader is someone who leads his team with passion and
dedication by regularly motivating them to help them achieve
their objectives. A true leader will always be there when his team
need his support and guidance. A leader’s duty is not just to lead
team but to encourage them and make positive impact on his
team members. Leader should have the ability to see things from
different perspectives to respect everyone’s point of view.
My leader in real life is Virat Kohli who is the captain of Indian
Cricket Team because he knows how to make right
communication among team members, and he has ability to lead
and motivate his team under pressure during game.

different cultures.

solution of any kind of problem in unwanted situations.

am:

AFFILIATIVE type of leader. I pay attention
to emotional needs of team members and
always listen to them carefully. Because of
this sort of leadership style, I tend to resolve
conflicts and disagreements among team
members easily during the time of crisis.
5. What sort
of leader I
want to
be:

life because this sort of leader seek their
team member’s opinion before taking any
final decision. This sort of leadership will
help me to build trust and encourage team
spirit among team members. Being a
democratic leader, I can make people do
what I want to be done in a way that they
want to do it.
