opportunities.
 Because opportunities leads to success.
 He is a honest police officer.
 So he say that he need both satisfaction.
 Because his duty to prevent the crime, so his
internal satisfaction is to be good officer.
 And his external satisfaction is response of
society.
 We should be better in our domain vision.
 Because our duty is in criteria of domain
vision.
 If our junior can’t do good work, we should
know his strength, weakness .
 After we should give work him in his
qualification.
 If our expectation is not good with our sinior.
 So we should become good with him
 He is a police officer
 So his contribution to society is to prevent
the crime
 So our contribution to society is to give him
better in our field.
 His short term vision his to be good in his
duty.
 And his long term vision is to go next position
of police officer.
 His suggestion to engineer is to become good
engineer for our society & country.
 So I can say he has a dynamic personality
 And he is good contributor.
 So our country requires this types contributor
police officer.
