2. Let us introduce ourselves Fersk&Frisk is NyFiskur’s sole distributor for Denmark, Sweden and Finland. Nyfiskur ltd. has processed fresh Icelandic fish for decades and sells more than 2.500.000 tons of fresh and frozen fish around the world every year. A contract with Icelandair and 5km distance from Keflavik International Airport, allows us to deliver fresh fish to Scandinavia within 48 hours from it’s caught. This ensures the highest quality of fresh fish available.

Production from sea to shore The production line reaches from sea to shore. 2 seperate boat crews and over 75 highly qualified persons man our production lines while our HQ staff of 15 people make sure your fish gets as fast and fresh as possible to you. Our main goal is therefore to offer fresh fish of the highest possible quality to all our customers all over the world. 4. Why is does our fish taste so good?! We pride ourselves over the fact that we offer only line caught fish. Why, you may ask, but the fact is that line caught fish suffers less stress and damage during capture, giving better end product of higher quality. This also dramatically minimizes the risk of big bycatch. Last but not least, this goes well with our ecological company policy. Not only does this result in higher quality, it will also do no damage to the sea floor. After all, you’re purchasing fish from the purest ocean in the world. We’d like to keep it like that!
