13. I used a brush I had downloaded (link will up on blog) and then the swirly lines were too plain and it never showed the sense and vibe I wanted the magazine to emit and give to my target audience; 13-18’s, a dance sense and I wanted it to be vibrant
14. I went to the blending options and I added a outer glow with the same gradient as I used for the large mastheads, to carry on the house style and themes that run throughout the magazine.
15. I then added a colour overlay to the actual lines, to add more vibrancy to the image

17. Erased a part of the background that wasn’t meant to be there; I only realised after I had added the lines
18. This was the final image, I never wanted to over manipulate and add effects that would make the outcome and expression of the image look appalling and out of place. I was overwhelmed with happiness when I finished I saw the image properly and it looked really professional and groovy the way the lines glow.
