We must chew our food properly and eat small meals at regular intervals, eating all at once can
be a little too harsh on the digestive system.
Viruddha Anna or an incompatible diet is very significant subject of discussion in Ayurveda, the

products to avoid many systemic disorders.
Avoid a recipe of fruit salad & milk, fish & milk, Yoghurt with milk are a few examples of foods
