UTS recognises that industry is increasingly demanding graduates that are work ready. We would like to offer you
the opportunity to develop the practical skills, confidence and competence necessary for the workplace - by
completing the BSB51107 Diploma of Management, a nationally recognised qualification.
The BSB51107 Diploma of Management will be issued by accessUTS Pty Ltd which is a Registered Training
Organisation (RTO Code 90811) owned and operated by the University of Technology Sydney.
This program will provide a variety of specific lectures from specialist career experts that will give an insight into
what to expect in the Australian workplace and how best to be prepared. You will engage with industry

This program is designed to provide you with the core leadership competencies required by contemporary managers. This
nationally recognised qualification provides the essential skills and knowledge required by individuals to perform effectively

This Australian Qualification Framework (AQF) qualification comprises a total of 8 modules of competency:

Within each of the eight modules, there will be a half day dedicated to Simulation and Assessment. Assessments will vary in
accordance with each module. To attain the Diploma of Management, each simulation session and assessment must be

Simulation sessions have been created to provide mock situations, where you will be expected to react and deal with the
