2. WHAT A PRODUCTION COMPANY DOES
A production company is in charge of the whole film production they assist in things
such as supplying directors , supplying cast and actors. They also help strongly
with the financial side of the film this includes the budget and marketing. They
are also responsible in taking care of the equipment used.

3. OUR PRODUCTION COMPANY
We created our own company for our film , we called it smiley inc. . We decided on
this name as it was short and snappy , we felt it would stick into peoples heads
therefore they would remember it. We made a logo that went with it. The logo was
a graffitti urban based smily face we felt that this ties in with the name and it was
simple.

4. DISTRIBUTORS
A distributor is incharge of promoiting the film this means they put the film on the
market. It is there job to get feedback from the target audience. It is the
distributors job to show the final edit of the film to the buyers who will then
nagotiate a price wit the cinema. It is the distributors job to promote the film and
get the best sales from it.

5. WHO WE CHOSE
We chose to distribute our film with momentum this is because they have distributed
many different low budget films therefore they would be comfortable with
distributing ours. They have also recently distributed large films such as the kings
speech. This is good as the kings speech had good sales.

6. FUNDING
We decided to fund our film by taking funds from the BFI the British film institute.
