Preferred platform: Windows or Google
My classroom has 4 Windows laptops and 5 Kindles. Students are already familiar with the apps
and programs available on these devices and knowing this platform will make the transition easier.
Students who do not have their own device will be allowed to use the classroom devices. Per
Gwinnett County BYOD policy, students are not allowed to share personal devices.
Students will share classroom devices in groups or as partners. These grouping can be based on
behavior, skill level or interest.
