 Enhancement request for VA03 - To create a custom field in VA03 transaction - additional data
B tab and make it appear only for certain specific conditions. Implemented a user-exit wherein
when he custom field is not populated a warning message is displayed. Data can be saved even
without the custom field value not being populated. Smart forms triggered from VA03, VF03,
VL03 are also modified accordingly to include new field value appearing in the respective forms.

3.  Creation ofVOFM routine 905 (Customizing) - requirement was to make an output type
appear when only two conditions were satisfied i.e if the route was the specified route and if the
Ship to Party country were the ones specified. The validation based on route and Country were
done in the VOFM routine.
SALM WORK EXPERIENCE
ABOUT CLIENT-
S.A.L.M SAS manufactureskitchen and bathroomfittings in France. The company also offers flat-pack

 Created 3 reports for SALM client so far.
 One report was for Transportation Time tracking - requirement is to track purchase orders
especially those with the custom feature of transportation time. The benefit is to get
separate planned delivery time from transportation time for a given set of incoterms.
 2 reports were under the same FS - Extraction of Vendors based on Active and Preferred.
Requirement was to create two queries that:
 Will be run as background jobs on a regular basis
 Will generate XL files.
HERMES WORK EXPERIENCE
ABOUT CLIENT-Hermès International S.A., Hermes of Paris, or simply Hermès is a French
manufacturer established in 1837,today specializing in leather, lifestyle accessories,perfumery,

 Created a custom Table in DDIC. Added custom fields from the custom table as append
structures to standard tables BSEG and FAGLFLEX04. The custom field was provided the check
table as the Custom table. Created a T- Code to maintain values in the custom table. Created 2
more custom tables and added transaction codes for maintenance of the same.
 Custom BAdi implementation to control the asset transaction type. Validation to be performed
when FB01, FB50, FB60 is used. Implementation was done in FAGL_SET_SEGMENT BAdi.
GUERBET WORK EXPERIENCE
ABOUT CLIENT- Guerbet is a research-centered pharmaceutical company based in France that is one of
the major playersin the contrast agents business.
 REPORT – Created a report for GUERBET client. Purpose was to fetch asset details based on
capitalization date after the asset master record is updated in T-CODE AS01 with a specific
capitalization date.
ALCATEL-LUCENT WORK EXPERIENCE

 SAP Script – Modified an existing SAP script to accommodate values to be printed for new and
specific company codes. Values were printed via standard texts which were newly created for
specific company codes in three languages – English, French and Spanish.

ABOUT CLIENT- the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near
East (UNRWA) is a relief and human development agency,originally intended to provide jobs on public
works projects and direct relief for 652,000 Palestinians who fled or were expelled from their homes
during the fighting that followed the end of the British mandate over the region of Palestine. Today,
UNRWA provides education, health care and social services to the 5 million registered Palestine
refugees fromthe 1948 and 1967 wars and many of their descendants. Aid is provided to Palestinian
refugees living in Jordan, Lebanon and Syria, as well as those in the West Bank and the Gaza Strip.
WORK EXPERIENCE
REPORTS
 Changes to an existing report program where scaling of amounts had to be done based on the
scaling factor. For the scaling factor chosen and the currency format used in the program , the
amounts were appropriately scaled and then displayed for final output.
 Changes to a report program for a new requirement of amounts fetched and displayed to be
inculcated.
CONVERSION
 Changes to a conversion program regarding field length change in table and processing, posting
an error message in program if length exceeded defined length.
ENHANCEMENTS
 Enhancement to segregate by WBS element in Create,change and release PO scenarios in
transactions ME21N,ME22N,ME23N,ME29N and ME28.Enhancement was created using
Implicit enhancement points. For ME21N, ME22N, ME23N, ME29N the same enhancement
point was used whereas for ME28 a different point was used which included a BAdi as well.
 Enhancement to check business area values in transactions MIRO and MIR7 and if empty, throws
an error message stating to manually input the business area. If business area was filled, the
corresponding payment method was fetched and filled in the screen field for payment method.
CHANGES TO TABLES
 Changed attributes of certain tables as per new user requirement.
 Created a table maintenance generator having standard behavior as compared to the non standard
behavior earlier (New entries were not being saved and recorded in TR’s).

 Created many TS and UT documents.
