Currently working within the maintenance team based on Olefins 6 where Amec FW
have the contract to carry out all electricial maintenance and hazardous area
inspections, my duties include maintenance of electrical equipment both planned and
reactive and inspection of all instruments to ensure they conform to ATEX regulations,
this involves working from detailed floorplans and workpacks and updating
documentation when required.

Responsible for managing a team of maintenance technicians with a focus on
maximising plant efficiency; taking a hands-on approach to assist the team in rectifying
any issues which may cause a stop or delay in production. Additional duties include
completing health and safety documentation, using SAP and other applications to
manage maintenance schedules, timekeeping and material movements.
