2.  Commissioning of SINTER PLANT-2 in Electrosteel for 3 systemInduction furnace, ESP & Sinter plant. Logic
development, PLC communication, HMI developed & Assist Operator to run the plant smoothly.
 Commissioning of PCI (Pulverized Coal Induction) in Electrosteel.
Preparing and modifying PLC Logic in Siemens Automation platform of various instruments, systems,
HMI screen preparation and communication establishment between PLC & HMI and networking
between ES & OS familiar.
 Testing of PCC, MCC & PLC panel for HARI MACHINE Project. High voltage test, Continuity test, BOM &
Material Inspection & power up the all panel & check the interlock between the panels.
 Commissioning of SINTER PLANT-2 in TATA STEEL.
o SP-2 up gradation from S5 to S7 system. Removing all the existing systemand new PLC system
