This document presents an inventory management system project developed by 4 students under the guidance of 2 professors from S. P. M. Polytechnic, Kumathe, Solapur. The project aims to develop a simple and user-friendly system for monitoring all processes within a company, including order receiving, production, shipping and billing. The working involves logging into the main interface, opening different forms, and performing insert, update and delete operations. Reports then display the status of the relevant data. The project outputs include login, main interface and sales forms. It was developed in C#.NET and Access and can run on Windows XP or higher with at least 512MB RAM. Future enhancements may include online banking, balance sheets, income tax

3. Introduction
1. The aim of the project is to develop a system,
which is very simple, user friendly, easy retrieval
and simple access.
2. This project is to monitor all process in the
company, like order receiving, sampling,
purchase of raw materials, production of goods,
shipment and bills.
3. Reports will present the management with the
current position of the company.

4. WORKING OF PROJECT
1. First login in to the project.
2. The main MDI form shows Multiple Document Interface
application.
3. Then open the form which user wants.
4. Then perform the operation like: Insert, Update, Delete.
5. Then other side shows the Reports of that form.
6. In that also analyse Stock Maintains.
