This document is a project report for GroomAuto, an online portal for vehicle services. It was submitted by Dipak Dholakiya in partial fulfillment of a degree in computer engineering from RK University. The project was developed under the guidance of Sheetal Pandya and Himank Pandya at Maxgen Technologies from December 2017 to April 2018 using PHP. 9. This website requires following different modes for interaction: programming mode,
designing mode Therefore, roles can be defined as programmer, tester, designer etc.
Responsibilities:-
Every task that is scheduled at a specific time.
Dependencies:-
Dependencies come in many forms: a test plan cannot be work until a build of the
website is delivered; code is depend on classes or modules built in earlier stages; a UI can't be
built until the design is reviewed. Each and every task is dependent on another. We have also
identified dependencies among the modules and sub modules in our project. Then we have
divided our work as per dependencies.

2.2 Risk Management
2.2.1 Risk Identification
o By identifying known and predictable risks, we takes a first step towards
avoiding them when possible and controlling them when necessary.
o Authorization; if wrong user is authorized he/she can change all the data of
school ERP system.
2.2.2 Risk Analysis
o Client information identify then it’s a access the our application.
o Set the proper validation in our Application. Specially for all the payment
Gateways.
o Determine the error about risk related problem occurs.

the application and all the service control is in Provider hand.
 Client:- Client can book any service and track the all details of any
services.
