2. KEY DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Receives and inspects all incoming materials and damages and
maintains records of all deliveries.
Receives, stores, tags and tracks surplus property and goods
Receives and stores documents and confidential files.
Ships canceled and damaged items back to vendors as appropriate.
Handles and documents storage and transportation of hazardous
materials.
Maintains the warehouse, records area and stores area in a orderly
manner.
Answers questions regarding procedures and resolves discrepancies
regarding receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs and surplus property.
Trains and directs the work of student assistants.
May serve as a lead worker to other classified staff in the area.

4. KEY DUTIESAND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure effective and
efficient office operations
Types agendas for meetings
Prepares meeting packages and distributes to Council Members at least
two days prior to the meeting
Attends, records and transcribes minutes of all Meetings
Make Records for letters, documents, proposals and mails
Compiles and maintain an up to date telephone directory of numbers and
addresses Files all correspondence
Updates the bulletin board by posting and removal of outdated materials
5. Ensures the Administrative Offices, Reception Area and
CouncilChambers are kept clean and organized
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous manner
Answer phones in a courteous manners
Record messages accurately
Direct calls and respond to inquiries

7. KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of
information system
Develop policies and procedures for electronic data processing and
computer
systems operations and development
Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications,
costs and timelines
Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to
design and develop the system.
Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures
Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
Be familiar with all hardware and software
Be familiar with network operating system
Provide orientation to new users of existing technology
8. Troubleshoot all technology issues.
Maintain list of required repairs and maintenance
