objectives do not always coincide, however, the understanding of
these objectives and the compatibility between them can be critical
to the success of the organization.

Expectations: People vs. Organization.
People and conflicts
PEOPLE: satisfy their needs and meet their goals.
CONFLICT: When expectations are not met.
CONFLICT TYPES:
 Interpersonal: we have conflicts with others for lack of sociability, empathy or low emotional
intelligence.
 Intrapersonal: It is something that happens to a person with himself. You may have to do with his
personality, both inferiority complex or superiority among others.
 Intragroup: happens between groups, these conflicts are common in organizations and hinder
coordination activities.

It is important that people know what is expected of them
organization; organizations must also know how they are perceived
by their employees and what they expect these.
They are people with human values, knowledge and skills who will
help the objectives of the organization are met.
