What do these findings indicate?
1. People has almost the same expectations about contactless
credit cards as the regular cards used every day
2. No matter what new payment methods are coming on the
market the customers have an pretty solid idea about how to
handling their payments with credit cards
3. Technology is still a mystery and alternative methods of
payment are not very trusted and not well known or
accepted by merchants
4. People don’t trust on wireless information transmitted

How accurate are people’s mental models of the way contactless cards work?
1. They consider contactless credit cards work in the same way as
traditional cards, no matter the type of device or method used to
read them
2. The amount of times you can use the card is limitless because it is
considered as another card with new technology
3. Banks are the last barrier for bad guys, so on their minds, banks
are so concern with security and bad reviews that they absorb the
loss on money to keep customer’s business with them, even
though, those investigations go nowhere
4. Fraud possibility doesn’t affect negatively the experience of using
a contactless credit card
