This document reports on three cases of rare giant squamous cell carcinomas. The first case was a 65-year-old man referred for assessment of a lesion on his ear that had been present for 5 years. The second case was an 80-year-old man referred for assessment of a lesion on his foot that had been present for 20 years. The third case was an 80-year-old woman referred for assessment of a lesion on her cheek that had been present for 8 years.
