3. Introduction
• the major cause of all these diseases is lack and
even absence of physical exercise, outdoor
activities and not taking healthy and nutritious
diet regularly.
• This lead to certain diseases such as diabetes,
chronic heart failure,cholesterol,obesity,thyroid
disorders, and many other diseases due to the
deficiency of vitamin, minerals and more fatty
diet, anemia(Deficiency of blood cells) have
also prevailed so rapidly in the society
• So I have decided to set up my own restaurant
where providing healthy and nutritious food
will be my first priority
4. Mission
• The mission of setting up a healthy Restaurant is to
make people aware about the healthy foods which
contain more of proteins, carbohydrates and lesser or
non-fat diet.
• also more calcium,magnesium,sulphur phosphorus
and other minerals essential in regulating body vital
signs and overall body metabolism.
• I would specially add up spinach based meals in my
serving menu as this is good source of vitamins and
minerals plus vitamin D.
• In this way, all the people would set out in changing
their monotonous and poor eating habits
5. Vision
• After graduation, my goal is to set up my own
healthy and nutritious restaurant.
• I love to help people so that’s why I would also offer
meals free of cost to those who are needy.
• My fear is that if I would not take a step many of the
people would be largely affected by disorders
primarily due to unhealthy and even uncontrolled
meals.
• I think being the student of health sciences I am
more aware of the nutrients required per meal for
one person and hence this engages my passion
towards providing healthy diet to everyone.
• Market for food in UAE is always on the rise, I think I
would be able to make a good profit and hence this
is a good opportunity as it directly aligns and also
match up with my goals.

• people need to be aware of eating
healthy to stay fit and smart.
• By setting up a healthy restaurant I
would be making a difference in
society by promoting my adventure
towards happy and healthy lifestyle.

something other than an ordinary
restaurant nowadays.
• The blend of qualities, values, and
beliefs to bring positive change in
human lifestyle is the reason that let
me think to execute this project.
7. Marketing and Implementation Strategy
• Healthy and Nutritious Restaurant would help
people to mitigate their risk of life threatening
diseases by providing a conscious and vigorous diet
to all the people.
• Unlike some other restaurants who claim to do so,
but practically become failed.
• This restaurant also serves those with special needs
as it will manage special settings for them.
• I think the actual implementation of such an
exciting opportunity would help to differentiate me
from the rest of the students of UAE.
• Hence I would make the real difference in the
society.
8. Risks and Mitigation
• The key checkpoint in my plan is the financial risk so I
have to be more careful about my budget; I must be
able to make profit more than I deposit for this
Restaurant Project.
• If I would be able to make more profit then the money
which I deposit to initiate my business by attracting
more customers to my restaurant then I would be able
to determine that I have attained my major milestones.
• External factors that might affect my attaining success
could be called as 3P’S (Place, Price, Profit) while
running my restaurant.
• I have to choose place where there no more
competitors.
• I have to set price not too high that no one could buy,
bringing loss and also not too less that I would not be
able to make required profit.
• Hence, these external factors would directly affect my
success.
9. Entrepreneurial Ethics
We cannot make real success without exercising ethics in
our business.
In order to win our customers heart it is very necessary to
uphold our own moral and ethical standards.
Those organizations whose top priority is to practice
ethical standards are expected to make more success and
profit
as compared to those whose aim is to make money
Ethics serves to be vital in all of the working places
whether ,school,college,company,office or even our own
house ethics are equally important everywhere.
10. Practice Punctuality in all the tasks,
arriving on time.
I have to be responsible for all my
actions, obligations and duties.
I have to work as one team in
performing all of my tasks, so no one
left alone.
I have to be positive while performing
all of my tasks to get good results.
I have to schedule weekly meetings to
discuss my plans, problems and future
improvements plans with all of my
employees.

• 1-My friend Sara because she is a well-educated regarding
all the health issues and diet plans. She has written many
articles on eating healthy food and how to live a healthy
lifestyle.
• 2-Dr.Zakir Naik who did Ph.D. in medicine and surgery, I
think he is a great scholar, scientist, well-versed person
regarding serious human health issues and healthy diet
plans .He published many of his books on Humans and
health challenges they are facing.
• 3-My most respectable professor Dr. Mohamed Souheil
Haddad.He is a blend of both knowledge and experience.
He guides us regarding all the aspects of business and
entrepreneurial skills and also ways how to mitigate
several business risks. I think my professor would guide
me in all the related business issues as I began to set up
my Restaurant.
