Welcome to the American Academy in Al-Mizhar
American Academy in Al-Mizhar (AAM) is a private day school, which comprises two separate schools
within a single campus to cater for all students from Pre-KG to Grade 12:
* The Early Years for boys and girls Pre-K to KG2
* The girls-only school for Grade 1 to Grade 12
AAM is ideally located in the family-friendly Mirdif area of Dubai and very easily accessed via Emirates
Road, Business Bay and Al Khail Road.
The priority at AAM is high-quality teaching and learning. Through an innovative American curriculum,
up-to-date pedagogy, excellent resources, highly qualified and dedicated teachers, each student's
individual learning style is catered for. Each student is strongly supported in their learning.
Simultaneously, the students are encouraged in other areas of their learning, including music, debating,
