Kieran Lamb, Head of Library Services at Fade Library, wanted to assess the impact of the library using two approaches: an annual collection and continual collection of feedback. For continual collection, the library used online forms to collect feedback from users on services like search, training, document supply, and current awareness. After one month of using the forms, 53 responses were received. The forms provided positive feedback on services and helped identify ways the library could improve, such as suggesting additional search terms to users.
