1. PTU Development Chief Engineer
Work Location: Asia
Department: Mechanical Development Department
Position Summary:
Implement PTU design to achieve design and development targets according to design and
development scheme and requirements for products, in order to fulfill strategy and development
requirements of the company.
Responsibilities:
* Establish PTU development overall program and time schedule
* Lead the match and integration work of PTU with transmission coupler and vehicle
* Build up PTU development system, and establish development procedure and relative technical
standard
* Review or approve PTU development solutions, technical specification and related technical
documents
* Set technical direction for SW development and calibration of pre-develop project and under-develop
project, and precision development standards
* Acceptance of technical solution and deliverables from the supplier
* Build up PTU development team and promote professional ability in order to maintain the ability of
independent development
* Responsible for guiding and training young engineers as an expert
* Lead and solve the technical issues in PTU SOP process
