If you are arriving by car, you can use the hotel’s parking garage, the cost is € 12,00 per day.
From Vienna International Airport:
The Courtyard Vienna Prater/Messe can be reached in about 35-50 minutes by public transport.
By train:
Follow the signs to get to the railway station at the airport . First of all, you have to take
the “S7” (29 min, € 4,40) or “R 29672” (25 min, € 4,40) to “Praterstern”. From there you can switch to
subway line U2 (purple line) heading for “Seestadt” (using the same ticket). Get off at “Krieau”, from there
it is aprox. a 5min walk to the hotel.
2. Alternatively you can also take the train “CAT” (16 min, € 12) heading to city center “Wien Mitte –
Landstraße” where you need to switch to subway line U4 (green line) heading for “Heiligenstadt”
(additional ticket needed, € 2,40). Get off at “Schottenring” and switch to subway line U2 heading for
“Seestadt”. Get off at “Krieau”, from there it is aprox. a 5min walk to the hotel.
By bus (probably the easiest way):
Take the Vienna Airport Bus Lines (VAL3 – line 3) in front of Terminal 3 (23 min, € 8). Get off at stop “Krieau
(Vorgartenstraße)” and walk aprox. 6 min to the hotel.
By taxi:
By taxi you can reach Courtyard Vienna Prater/Messe in about 35 minutes. We recommend you to book a
taxi in the arrival hall, since there are companies which offer a fixed price of about 36 Euros. Taxis in front
of the airport are more expensive, since the taximeter is charged.
From Vienna Main railway station (Wien Hauptbahnhof):
Buy a ticket from a vending machine (€ 2,40) and take the subway line U1 (heading to Leopoldau) to
Karlsplatz and then change to subway line U2 (heading to “Seestadt”) and get off at ”Krieau”. From there it
is aprox. a 5min walk to the hotel.
