2. POLICY CONCEPTION

1. Basically, the Policy to Accelerate Business Implementation (Perpres No.
91/2017) is carried out by:
a. Accelerate business licensing services through the implementation of the
Business Licensing System Electronically Integrated Licensing Services (Online Single
Submission/OSS).
b. Providing a checklist system (license payable) in economic zones.
c. Implement a data sharing system.
2. To maintain the effectiveness and certainty of the implementation of business,
it is established task forces (leading and supporting sectors) in
ministries/institutions, provinces, districts/cities.
3. To support the ease of doing business, regulatory reforms are carried out.
4. All business licensing services are only carried out through PTSP (BKPM,
Provincial DPM-PTSP, and Regency / City DPM-PTSP), so that the authority that
does not yet exist or has not been delegated to PTSP, is still only taken care of
through PTSP which is escorted and assisted in its completion by the Task Force
(K/L, Province, Regency / City). REPLACE

10. Fill Data in SIN SMART CARD
• Investor Identity Data (SIN)
• Investor Reference Data in OSS (link to investor datawarehouse in OSS, if
updated by the agency, the data on the smartcard will automatically be
updated)
• OSS-processed data on investor's licenses (link to investor's licensing data
in the data warehouse at OSS, if the license data received increases, the
data in the smartcard will automatically increase)
• With this concept, the smartcard will contain all licensing data belonging to
OSS registrants/investors, so that it can replace paper licenses that have to
be carried continuously between agencies.
