Motivation is all about the commitment to do something. It
is the will to work and reach a particular goal.
• Motivation comes from desire or
the ability to do work. It comes
from the enjoyment of work and
from the desire to achieve certain
goals. A good example – To earn
good money or to get a growth on
professional front.
• Motivation matters businesses a lot. It will lead
to more satisfied clients, customers and people.
An organization with motivated employees
will have increased production and more
generation of revenue.
• The performance of any employee is the result
of two factors, his abilities and motivation. If a
talented employee is de-motivated, he is
unlikely to perform well at work. But on the
other side, a motivated employee can often
deliver far more than what is expected out
from them.
• Nature of the work
• Appreciation
• Recognition
• Involvement
• Job security
• Increased responsibility
• Good wages
• Good working conditions
• If you are running a business, ensure that all
your employees are motivated to do the kind of
job that is assigned to them. It is then only that
you will gain success in increasing the profits
for your organization.
