What is cocido?
It is a unique dish, it's usually to eat it in the freezing months. It is huge
soup with several kind of meats on it and, chickpeas and potatos.
Cocidos have something in common and it is the explosive taste that it
has.

Ingredients for 6 people:
-300g of chickpeas
-400g of black sausage
-200g of bacon
-1 calf knee bone
-1 pork bone
-3 potatoes
-2 carrots
-150g of noodles
-1 cane bone
-4 chorizos
-200g of jam
2. Procedure:
-The night before, soak the chickpeas with a bunch of
salt.
-Start cooking with cold water, the jam and the bones.
-As long as the water evaporates, you must
incorporate more water.
-Fire has to be half powered for 20 minutes to boil all
the ingredients correctly.
-When the water starts to boil, put in the chickpeas
previously drained.
-Then turn down the fire in order to put it in slow fire,
then wait between two and a half and three hour.
-Separately you have to cook the sausage, black
sausage and the bacon.
- When the cocido is practically done, put the
potatoes and the carrots peeled.
-Put the noodles and wait three minutes.
