In this document we are going the evaulate the main steps of the WIBE by using EPC Model and VISIO Drawings.

5. PROS The WIBE is easy and fast to apply into IT projects. It measures both monetary and non-monetary aspects. It provides analytic and standard assessment results. It supports decision making process.

6. CONS The nonmonetary criteria is evaluated based on person decisions, hence these evaluations can be subjective and effect assessment result of IT project.

8. Importance of project compliance with laws.

9. Beside of development and operating cost, maintenance and service costs should also be considered when assessing an IT project in terms of economic efficiency.
