2. In September, during the first Teachers’ Board Meeting, Deputy Headmistress Emilia Ciocan,
as project coordinator, presented to objectives, activities and selection procedure for the
implementation team of the project “Once upon a time…the SEA”, funded by the European
Union through Erasmus+ Programme, to take place between September 1st 2018 and August
31st, 2020.
Our school is permanently concerned with environment protection, as we constantly organized
themed activities within Eco – School International Programme, since 2000, our school being
evaluated and awarded the Green Flag for 7 times. The experience in ecological and civic
education resulted from our previous project and programmes, enabled us to form the project
management team, validated during the meeting of the School Management Board. Moreover,
County School Inspectorate (ISJ) accepted and approved the optional course for 5th graders
“Sea – From legend to art”, as proposed by Ştefan Lenuţa, our Romanian language teacher.

fiecare an câte un strat de respect, la construcţia vieţii în
general.
3. On September 14, ANPCDEFP organized in
Bucharest Information and Counselling Meeting
for Project Management for the beneficiaries of
the strategic educational project – inter-school
exchange (KA229). Our school was represented
by deputy headmistress Emilia Ciocan, as
coordinator and accountant Laura Andron –
financial responsible.
The meeting agenda included the presentation of
relevant information on the implementation,
dissemination and exploitation of the results of
the strategic partnership project and specific
details on the European project coordination.
4. The management team made short presentations during the parents-teachers-
students meetings in our school so that the entire educational community was
informed on the objectives, partners and activities included in the implementation
plan.

6. There were applied the procedures to form the project implementation team (teachers and students)
The team set the responsibilities,
discussed and planned the
implementation strategies for 2019-2020.
The project team made, in electronic format, english presentations of Romania, Dobrogea, Medgidia
and our school, which were uploaded on YouTube. The respective weblinks,

7. Încă de la începutul anului şcolar proiectul Erasmus+, prin tematica sa generoasă,
a atras interesul cadrele didactice care, au abordat diverse teme complementare în cadrul
lecțiilor susținute la diferite discipline, în mod deosebit la Arte şi Tehnologie, Ştiințe,
Limba engleză şi la cursul opțional ”Marea, de la legendă la artă”. Elevii au răspuns cu
pasiune, iar cei mai talentaţi au realizat lucrări remarcabile, care au fost expuse la nivelul
claselor sau al şcolii.
