3. Strategy Diagnostic
 Issues identified that need improvement for PARPC
 getting the communities to recognize the region rather than
focusing on their individual needs
 increased involvement from the board members
 funding the programs in order to meet the financial demands
of the parks and recreation commission.

4. Recommendations
 Assign a leader to each community
 Serves as a leader to make final decisions and communicate
decisions to entire region
 Determine which needs from all communities will
benefit the entire region and complete those projects
first
 Complete other projects for each community based on the
need for completion
