2. Introduction
Well-being has been one of the most famous
values since ancient times.
It’s the theory witch combines
mental, psychological and physical health.
3. Eating habits
It is obvious that our eating habits have
changed during the past 45 years .
This has happened because of :
the chemical substances like colorants and
preservatives which make food products
look more delicious
the appearance of TV and advertisements
the big amount of responsibilities that keep
people busy
the developed technology
4. This has led many people to diseases like
obesity and diabetes .
Tips to avoid that:
always remember to eat a variety of food
which provides our body with all the
nutritious substances it needs
avoid eating junk food
drink a lot of water
limit portion sizes
5. Water
Water is one of the most precious elements in
the natural environment, as it is necessary
for the creation and conservation of life on
our planet.
It is also important to mention that the
human body contains 70% water , which is
an important source of minerals.
Therefore, we need to drink 8- 10 glasses
daily.
6. Working out
Physical exercise is a good
method to keep fit, be
healthy and maintain
your weight in normal
limits .
Getting regular exercise
(walk, aerobics, jogging,
dancing, yoga) for at
least 30 minutes has been
proved to be necessary for
your body’s health.
8. Rest and sleep
No one can live without sleeping for 2
weeks, so it is vital to get some rest every day
.
Because of the fast pace of life and the
distractions of our era , such as cable TV
and the Internet , an average person sleeps
less .
Unless you sleep 6- 8 hours per day, your brain
does not have the energy needed to save the
information of the particular day.
9. Visiting the doctor
Regular visits to the doctor are an advisable
way to find out if something is wrong with
your organism.
But you can also
try alternative
medicine like
acupuncture, hom
eopathy
, aromatherapy
and reflexology.
10. Mind and soul
Mental health is connected with psychological
health . So:
Think pink
(think positive) .
Don’t worry be
hippy
Don’t miss the
opportunity to
make new
friends.
Forgive yourself and others.
11. Accept yourself with all your defaults.
Meditate on a daily basis.
Find things to laugh about.
Avoid people who talk about illnesses.
Maintain a balance in your life.
