1. UNDERSTANDING EA CH OTHERS
- Memahami mengapa grup melakukan apa yang dilakukan, mengambil
rasa grup dalam hal posisi, maksud dan kebutuhan, apa yang mereka
hargai dan bagaimana memotivasi mereka, dapat memprediksi grup apa
yang berhasil dalam berbagai situasi.
2. BUILDING EFFECTIVE TEAMS
Menyatukan orang dalam tim jika diperlukan, menciptakan moral dan semngat
kuat dalam timnya, berbagi kemenangan dan sukses, mendorong dialog terbuka,
membiarkan orang menyelesaikan dan bertanggung jawab terhadap
pekerjaannya, menetapkan sukses sebagai keberhasilan tim, menciptakan rasa
memiliki dalam tim.

Menggunakan waktunya secara efektif dan efisien,
