ü Checking and working on packing list, invoice, L/C,….before the ship

ü Discuss with client and suppler about delivery time, quantity and
quality of every order if the order can not catch the delivery date as per
requested. To carry out supplier selection new items and price
negotiation,…. And sending the photo offer to customer then.

receipt the ordered. Introduce to client’s information (manual) to the
supplier who is working on the order or make the new develop for their
business.

Marketing
ü To play a lead role in the design and implementation of program
management tasks (i.e., budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, and
other reporting) related to improving the competitiveness of the cocoa
value chains. In support of the overall program, s/he will provide
technical leadership in programming, targeting, and oversight of
volunteer assistance to small firms and cooperatives in the value
chain.
