reflection of our professional philosophy, it can optimize and enhance the
contribution of the human factor in organizations to contribute to their success.

The life and career planning is designed to train people to focus on their career and
life goals and how they can do to achieve it. Structured activities lead to inventories
career and life, discussions of goals and objectives and determining capabilities,
additional     training     required   and       strong      and      weak      areas.
The planning process of life and career of the leader, is a process with its
philosophy and mechanics, adapted to the organizational reality, allowing the
results obtained in addition to the organization, the results obtained personal
leader, to support their self.
