Started hnd healthcare practice at david game. My developments
i need to concentrate on are gaining the knowledge and skills
expected of me to be competent in what i do working with
service users.
Gaining knowledge and theories behind healthcare practice in
my course and on placement. Have been in my placement 2
months now and this role is all new to me as ive never done this
before
I want to be gaining more experience and knowledge in what i
do. Reading policies. Gaining confidence in my placement so i
can reflect in what i do
Studying, preparing for assignments and gaining training
through work in my residential setting. More reading in books
and folders on laws around healthcare
Ask questions at work and in class in regards to subjects to gain

To finish my first year at david game qualifying in my hnc
qualification and passing all my assignments. To of gained all
knowledge, skills, and experience needed to be a better support
worker in my placement.
Iam moving towards my goals , passing my assignments and
gaining a senior role in my work placement. Gaining theories
and promoting them in the workplace to achieve a positive
reflective role within my team at work and in my placement. My
first year is complete and passed
I want to be wiser and a good role model to my fellow students
and work colleagues proving i have the knowledge and expertise
after finishing my first year within college and within my
