2. INTRODUCTION
Our society today is greatly influenced
not only by the culture we Filipinos have
but by several outside forces that make
human values essential. There are lot of
problems about students involved in wrong
acts.
3. Bullying is to treat someone abusively.
Students of this generation are aware and
experiencing bullying because of the
environment they are dealing today.
4. Experts also found out that bullying is an
impediment to education. Many students who
have been victims of bullying usually decide
to drop out from school
5. Like any other situations bullying can also
be resolved. One effective means to bust or
arrest bullying in the Philippines is the
Republic Act 10627 (Anti Bullying Act of
2013). It seeks to provide students and their
parent’s awareness of the impact of bullying
and how it can be prevented or addressed.
Movements have been organized to fight
against bullying.
6. BACKGROUND OF THE STUDY
Based on the observation of the
researchers conducted this study, bullying
is one of the major issues nowadays that
needs careful analysis in order to find out
the different strategies and solutions to this
problem and to strengthen and continue the
implementation of the law about bullying
that has been enforced by the government.

12. SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS OF THE STUDY
The study is confined to the assessment
on the Implementation of Anti- Bullying
program in selected public secondary
schools.
13. The researchers will determine the common
types of bullying being encountered by the
students and the effect of bullying to the
attendance, projects, class interaction and their
examinations. This will also determine the
problems met by the teachers in the
implementation of the Anti-Bullying Act well as
tackle the roles of teachers to in guiding their
students. Also researcher designed action plans
that may be proposed to lessen the bullying of
the students.
14. This study is limited to the assessment
only of the Implementation of Anti- Bullying
program in school.
15. RESPONDENTS OF THE STUDY
The researchers randomly select the
respondents of the study. They will be the
teachers and students of selected public
secondary schools, where as (52) teachers
and (372) students will come from Governor
Feliciano Leviste Memorial National High
School and (57) teachers and (316) students
from Payapa National High school.
16. RESEARCH LOCALE
The researchers have chosen to
conduct the study at Payapa National High
School and Governor Feliciano Leviste
Memorial National High School in order to
collect more proficient and accurate data.
The said schools could help the
researchers to gain reliable results that
can be useful for the future researchers
and readers.
