The Civil Right Act 1964 is the hallmark of American civil rights movement where it disclose the key facts about the discriminations and all the people in the society should treats equally without any biased attitude based on the personal characteristics of the people.
Under this law, people have equal voting rights by completely removing the registration procedures and requirements for the safety of the people against biased actions towards minorities.
This act also completely banned the discriminations in the public places in the interstate commerce and furthermore added several amendments to boost this act and give equal rights to all the citizens (Right, 2015),

where people faced discriminations because of personal
characteristics and other social issues.
This act completely banned the workplace discriminations and
created equal opportunities to the people in the society which
also leads to the better results to the organizations.
After creating the equal employment opportunities in this act,
most of the workplaces able to increase their productivity by
8. hiring the skilled staff irrespective of their personal
characterises. After this move many people got employment
opportunities so that they can accomplish daily needs and made
their lives more better in the society (Landsberg, 2015).

The Civil Right Act came into existence in the year 1964 with
the primary intension to completely end up the discriminations
in the society based on age, religious views, ethical beliefs,
sexual orientation, nationality etc.
The Civil Right Act 1964 is the most important law in the
United States and even a single violation in the law leads to the
greater issues and problems to the citizens of the country.
This law mainly takes the civil rights into consideration and
fight against the discriminations to give equal justice to the
people in society without any further challenges which may
leads unwanted incidents (Landsberg, 2015).

9. Many people in the United States society celebrated the
significance of Civil Right Act of 1964. The Civil Right act
deeply affected the people of United States and made numerous
changes in the existing policies laid down by the United States
Government.
The Civil Right Act 1964 made two major achievements passed
by the congress which includes equal constitutional rights for
the African Americans and other minorities in the society.
These rights were guaranteed in the United States senate and
constitutions so that no citizen in the country can violate the
rights and do justice to their roles and responsibilities (Butera
& Willey, 2014).

The civil Right Act of 1964 is the landmark of civil rights
where all the people in the society treats equally and should not
encourage any discriminations either in the public places or in
the workplaces based on their personal characteristics.
This act was first proposed by the Congress President John
Kennedy in June 1963 and faces huge challenges followed by
this movement from the oppositions and other party people.
Even after facing numerous challenges Kennedy did not take his
move back and encouraged to pass this bill in the United States
10. senate with the positive intension to completely ban the
discriminations in the society (Landsberg, 2015).
