2 friends despise people who go clubbing. They
think that people who go to clubs are socially
disruptive and somewhat impulsive. Also the
deduction that clubs disperse drugs, smoke,
alcohol and rowdy behaviour.

on the stimuli or actions of the surroundings.
4. HOW IT IS APPLIED
Scene 2 (Observational learning)
Eventually, the perception of clubbing became less
distinct to one of the friends, and actually began to
smoke during a time when she went clubbing, this
happened from the forceful nature of impulse and
observation that lead to the act of smoking.
5. Theory 3 : CORFing
WHAT is it…
Distancing yourself from people that are not
doing well / unsuccessful
6. HOW IS IT APPLIED
Scene 3 (CORFing)
The friend distances himself from the other who
who recently started clubbing because he is
afraid of being humiliated by her. He feels as
though due to peer pressure he might succumb
to the same social status.
7. Theory 4 : Confirmation Bias
WHAT IT IS
Attending to ideas that supports your belief and
neglecting ideas that opposes your belief
8. HOW IS IT APPLIED
Scene 4 (Confirmation Bias)
One day, there was an accident outside the club.
The friend supports his belief of clubbing is bad
in saying that it is definitely the drunk guy that is
in fault and not the one driving, when in actual
fact the guy driving was the one at fault. He
insists that it is the drunk guy that missed his
steps and accidentally fell onto the road.
9. Theory 5 : Bystander Effect
WHAT is it…
When there are more people around a
person whose in need of aid, the tendency of
people willing to help tend to decrease.
10. HOW IS IT APPLIED
Scene 5 (Bystander effect)
There were a lot of passer-bys at the point of
incident that time, however nobody helped the
victim because everyone was expecting another
person to do so. In the end, the victim died due
to loss of blood and the he realised… it was his
friend….
