3. What is DNA
DNA stands for:
Democratic
जनताांत्रिक प्रजातान्त्रिक लोकतान्त्रिक
Native
स्वदेशी आददवासी दललत
Alliance
Non Congress, Non BJP महागठबांधन
4. Why DNA
Farmers, artisans and workers, teachers and scientists and all
other sections of people except a few government servants,
crony capitalists and power brokers are bearing the brunt of
anti-people policies of the current political coalition ruling the
country.
Youth are getting desperate and disillusioned with the
shrinking entrepreneurial and employment opportunities either
in agriculture, industry or services sector but their voices and
protests are being muted through media propaganda.
If left unaddressed, this is likely to erupt as a volcano leading
to food and fuel riots and a complete break-down of the law
and order mechanism.
Poorly-conceived and flambuoyant defense and foreign
policies have made the country susceptible to external and
internal security threats.
Lack of imagination and ingenuity to build and leverage India’s
knowledge, cultural and spiritual strengths as “Soft Power”
5. Vision & Mission
Peaceful, Powerful and Prosperous; Fair,
Equitable and Just India on the path of
Sustainable Living and Harmonious Co-
existence with our Neighbors and the Global
Community
To win 400 seats in the coming
Lok Sabha elections in 2019
6. Who should join DNA
Neti Neti
All Non-Congress and Non-
BJP political parties and
individuals
7. How will it function - I
For the national elections DNA will have a common
election symbol of cow and calf
It will field candidates in all the 543 Lok Sabha
constituencies
The candidates will be selected through primary
elections and open and transparent screening
process
10 candidates will be short-listed from each
constituency before 1st of January, 2018.
They will be assigned tasks for betterment of their
constituency in key areas with quarterly review by
expert panel
8. How will it function - II
The key areas are as follows:
food & water
education & health
energy, transport & communication
entrepreneurship & employment
fitness & sports and
art & culture
9. How will it function - III
The final candidate will be decided together by the
candidates themselves and the expert panel 6
months before the elections.
A shadow cabinet will be formed with detailed policy
framework for each Ministry.
Elections will be funded through local resource
mobilization and minimal use of fiat money
All candidates will only use bicycle, electric
scooter/bike/rickshaws for local travel within the
constituency except in emergency situations
They will follow the DNA model code of conduct to
minimise their ecological footprint
10. What will it achieve
DNA will deeply transform the relationship between
political leaders and people in India
It harbingers a radical change in the image of political
leaders from corrupt and cunning hounds and vultures to
committed and courageous leaders who live by example
and inspiration.
It will lead to Partyless Democracy in India with
significant political and economic autonomy to the states,
districts and to the gram and mohalla panchayats at the
grassroots level.
It will usher towards a bottom-up economy where farmers
and producers will be the primary owners of wealth and it
will be contributed upwards in the form of grains and
other produce itself. The role of fiat money will be
minimal and gradually eliminated to be replaced by real
value commodity money only.
