3. We have built up area of 2,000 sq. feet and we have a space for extension. complete in all respects. The company is
started in 2016 and currently we are working with Automotive & Non Automotive, Electrical Companies supplying
for Commercial Vehicle & Utility equipment for Power Genset.

Our Team
• We have an experienced Team having 15 years of hands-on experience in automotive and nonautomotive wiring
harness.
• We have In-house Design and Development Team and a dedicated Customer Support Team.
• Our team consist Dynamic and Hardworking mates with an experience of 13 to 14 years in man power handling
and quality check industry. Are sure of handling Work pressure within Time Management.
• Our MD Mr. Abhijeet has 12 years experience of Customer Support from IT industry and now handling
Support Team of Ctrine Industry.
• Our Marketing Head has exp. of 10 years which gives skills of handling clients requirements from start to end

4. Stores / Purchase
• Store in any Company plays an important role so as to identify proper location for any material and traceability
of the material is done.
• Once material is inspected from Incoming Area material is forwarded to Stores.
• Proper Identification proper and clean stacking (FIFO)of Material Maintained.
• Fix location so that material is reachable.
• Minimum Stock Sheet is made daily for procuring the material. Proper Lead Period is maintained in the sheet
for local as well as outside state material, so that no shortage as well as excess Raw Material is there in the
company.
• Inward & outward Registers are maintained for Raw Material & Dispacth which is in transit.
• Purchase department follows up for every Raw Material which is in shortage and is aware about the line loss in
production.

5. Incoming Inspection
• Both Quality and Quantity is checked and then only material is taken in inward.
• Material before receiving is first inspected and Sampling Inspection is done.
• Proper measurement tools are used while inspecting the material.
• If material found defective while sampling entire lot is rejected.
• MOM is made with supplier for defective material, points are discussed so that no such defect arises in future.
Inspection sheet along with Quantity check sheet is made for every purchase.
• Records are maintained as per ISO norms.
