1. Drum Heater System
The Drum Heater
provides 2 stages of
heating. Low and High.
Low: The low setting is
used to safely pre-warm
materials overnight and for
use with closed cell spray
foams.
High: The high setting is used
for extreme cold conditions and
or materials that require
temperatures above 80
degrees. High setting can also
be used to achieve desired
temperature results in less time.
Caution:The Drum Heater System is for indoor use only! Not for use in explosive environments! Not for use
with plastic drum! Always consult with the material manufacture for drum temperature recommendations. Never
leave materials unattended for long periods of time or without the use of thermocontrol mechanical mechanisms
and or by other monitoring means in place to prevent accidental over-heating.

The TC Temperature controller is used as a
thermo control mechanical mechanism to
control and maintain a wide range of
temperature settings.

For best results, placement of
temperature probe should be
just below the bottom ring of
drum and or below the liquid
line facing away from other
drums.

74 degrees F.

Temperatures: Steps 1-5
1. Press the Up/Down
Keys at the same time to set
Fahrenheit or Celsius.
2. Press the Menu Key, (SP) is
displayed. Press Menu again
to select. Press or to
lower or raise temperature.
Press menu to set memory.
3. Press Menu (SP) displayed.
4. Press the up one time
(dIF) is displayed. Press
Menu again to select.

5. Press Menu, press or
to select from 1 degree to a
maximum of 30 degrees from
set memory in step 2. Press
Menu to set.
Example: In step 2. If you have
selected 75 degrees for a set
memory, following steps 3,4 and
in step 5 selecting number 1, the
TC will turn on when 74 degrees
is reached. In step 2. the TC will
turn off when 75 degrees set
memory is reached.
Note: The TC factory set
memory setting is 74
degrees to turn off and 73
degrees to turn on.

120 Volt 20 amp Supply
Low Setting = 240 w/3 Amps
High Setting = 480 w/5Amps
Low Setting = 480 w/5 Amps
High Setting = 960 w/10Amps
Low Setting = 720w/8 Amps
High Setting = 1440w/15Amps
Low Setting = 960 w/10 Amps
High Setting = 1920 w/20Amps
Note: Each TC controller adds
180 watts@ 2 amps
