7. The CDA recognizes the fact that
the non-compliant cooperatives needs
assistance or guidance from successful
cooperatives so that they may be able
to enhance/improve their operation
and thereby increase income and
productivity and be able to comply
with the required reports of CDA.

8. PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The CDA will partner with the successful
cooperatives for the provision of technical
assistance to the non-compliant cooperatives
anchored on the 6th
Cooperative Principle which is
Cooperation among Cooperatives in order to assist
the cooperatives in the compliance of reportorial
requirements of CDA and be able to secure the
Certificate of Compliance.
Specifically, the project aims to improve
management governance and regulatory
compliance of cooperatives.
